Transfer within company resume

I downloaded the above mentioned resume template but there seems to be one
problem. At the top, upper right hand side, there is a n area that reads:
Alias:[e-mail] Ext:[phone] There is NO way to fil this sectio in OR delete
it so it doesn't show up when I go to print my resume. Any suggestions?

It's in the document header. Double-click the header to edit it.

Not sure what version of Word you're using, so if that doesn't help, post
back with what version you're using.
