Trial period expired

I've got problem in my PWA :
"Trial Period Expired
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services. "

Is there any suggestion to fix this problem without reinstall the Project
server.
We have tried to enter our license key but still not valid.

Is there any problem if i backup my old databse and i will restore the
database in new installed project server? or any tricky way?

Thank you for the suggestion.

Hi Mocha,
Once the trial has expired the only way to get the server to work is to type
in a valid licence key, ie one you have paid for.

Re the DBs, yes, you can back these up and restore. Check out Brian Smith's
blog on backing up project server sites.

Hai Ben,
Thank you for the advice.
I have already entered the valid license key that i have paid for but still
doesnt work.
My colleague said that, may be we have installed the trial version and used
it until the expired time and we have already late for entering the valid
license key.

Hai Ben ... my case has solved after i followed this link :
http://technet2.microsoft.com/Offic...d145-4964-8fc4-2515aa0c1e7b1033.mspx?mfr=true

But there is something weird. We have 2 instance of PWA in diffrent SSP
instance. The first instance have been working normally after we followed the
instruction in technet, but the other instance still facing the same problem.
And my teamm tried to change the configuration of second instance so the
configuration of the 1st instance and the 2nd became the same.
And ... sursprisingly ... It works.. the second instance work normal.
I dont know what exactly happened but it works for me.

Hello Mocha,

I have seen this problem. What you will have to do is make sure that the SSP
App Pool is run using a domain account with administrative rights on the
Project Server machine and the database. Make sure you are not using network
service.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Dave
