Trial version didn't uninstall when full version installed from CD

A while back, I installed the 2007 Home + Student trial. After it expired, I
installed the Enterprise suite from a CD. Now, when I look at "Add/Remove
Programs", it says I have both versions installed, and both are taking up
almost 800MB.

If I uninstall that trial version, is that going to cause problems? Are they
problems that can be solved using the Repair function?

You have to uninstall the Trial together with any Activation Assistant
before installing any paid for version.
As it is remove any version of Office shown including Activation Assistant,
reboot, install from cd/dvd
And no you cannot use Repair

Okay, so when I uninstall all of those things and reinstall, what else will
disappear? I assume my settings won't be restored, but what about various
things like themes and styles that I've saved? How much of the data in the
Application Data, Local Settings and Program Files folders is going to
disappear?

And how do you uninstall the Activation Assistant?
