Trial Version to Volume License

The new laptop has MS Office Trial version but my client has Volume License
version. Should I uninstall the trial version or I could use the existilg
installation and somehow activated their volume license version?

You would need to uninstall the trial version of Office,
then install the VL version using the VL Office CD.
