I used the drawing toolbar in earlier word releases (now I have 2007) t
make schematic drawings for engineering reports. I like to use th
drawing canvas because it keeps my lines all in one place withou
having to group, ungroup, regroup etc...
My frustration comes from the connectors in MSword 2007. I don't see
to be able to turn them off, so all of my lines automatically pop t
the connection points on shapes like circles and squares. I've figure
out that holding alt allows me to freely place the end of a line onc
the line is already drawn, but its a pain to do it tha
way...constantly placing my line ends twice. Is there a way to turn of
connectors in a canvas altogether?
