I need to access two email accounts on different exchange servers using
Outlook 2003. Any suggestions on how to best manage this? Is it indeed
possible?

You need two Outlook profiles for this, and you can set up Outlook to prompt
you for Mailbox 1 and Mailbox 2 (etc) at startup.

HI

I posted this on the install and configure thread, and only just spotted
this one, would either of you be able to help me??

Hi

I have 2 different work email accounts on two different servers and am
trying to set them up on Outlook 2003. I understand that I can create two
different profiles and thereby will be able to connect to the two different
exchange servers which is fine.

However, the one profile is set up and running fine, the second one, I can
set up the profile, but when I go to set up the email account, am getting the
error message:
The action could not be completed. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange
Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this
action.

Once I click ok a new pop up window offers me to verify the account and the
following error message appears:

The name could not be resolved. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange
Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this
action.

I have deleted the profile and started again, with a new name, rebooted the
machine but am still getting nowhere. I can access this account via OWA.

Thanks
