Unable to baseline project in Client 2007

We are currently having an issue where none of our Pm's are able to save
baselines in section 0 -5. only slots 6 -10 allow them to save. Any
suggestions. Admins with all rights are able to save in all baselines so I'm
sure it's a permission thing, just nt sure what exactly it is.

error message is as follows:

Cannot Clear or Save Baseline.

You do not have the adequate permission to clear or save baselines to
baseline 0 - 5.

thanks for your help,
Don

This has still not resolved my issue. Here is the scenario:

All of these users unable to save baselines are in the following groups:
Team Members, Resources Managers, Project Mangers.

Project Managers group has the save baseline catagory allowed. The other
two groups have nothing checked for that catagory in there security template
and it is still not working. Is there something else I'm missing?

I believe that something is misconfigured with the category permissions,
likely a permissions conflict of some kind. If Admins can Save Protected
Baselines, then the functionality itself is (probably) not broken.

I would recommend that you download, install, and run the View Effective
Rights tool for PS07 (part of the PS07 ResKit) and see if you can
determine why Project Managers are being denied that permission
(http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc197528.aspx).

Honestly, in order for me to best answer this question, I would need to
peruse your security model. My best guess is that the dynamic filters
(or RBS) that apply between the affected users and the affected projects
are not configured correctly.
