unable to convert publisher project to pdf file

Donna

I successfully converted a 34 page project to pdf file and had it published.
I added 2 pages to the project and now publisher will not convert it to a
pdf file. It prompts me with "not enough memory". I have 4 gig of RAM and a
1 TB hard drive so I don't see how that is not enough for this project.
I have to have this book done in the next week. Could you please help me?

It would be helpful to know what version Publisher you are using. What PDF
program? Not enough memory usually means not enough virtual memory.

Hi JoAnn: I'm using 2007 Publisher and I've tried "publish to PDF" and "Save
as PDF"

Which version of Publisher?

How are you "converting" it to a .pdf?

Hi Mary: I am using 2007 Publisher and the PDF is an add-in to Publisher
that was preinstalled.
The actual prompt says "There is anot enough memory to complete this
operation To make more memory available, close other programs, and try again."
We did that and still got the same prompt.
I need a PDF to send to the publisher for publication.

Try turning your computer off and back on again. See if you can save it as a
..pdf after you do that.
