Unable to resize the title bar in a basic cross-functional flowcha

I use Visio 2003

I need to increase the height of the title bar so that I can include the
company logo and a few other details. However, I am unable to increase the
height. I can only increase the width.

I have removed protection (None) from the following shapes:
1) Title bar (where the default text is 'Process Name')
2) The horizontal bar below the title bar
3) Cross-functional band
4) The complete box

I also did a 'Select All' and removed protection.

Please assist me.

The height of that title bar is calculated.
Click the title bar so that only that part is selected, then
menu Window -> Show Shapesheet
in the Shape Transform section the Height cell should be set to
GUARD(Scratch.Y1)
change this to
GUARD(Scratch.Y1+15mm)
set the 15mm part to whatever extra height you nned.
