Unable to save project to project server

I opened a project which was on the server, made some changes and now I am
unable to save it on the server. I get a popup with no error info:

Following job failed to complete:
Job Type: Save
Error Id:
Error Description:

This project cannot be saved to the server. Please retry saving the project.
if problem persists, save as a MPP file and contact your system administrator.

1) I have stopped and restarted following services on the server:Microsoft
Office Project Server Queue, Windows Sharepoint Services Timer.
2)I rebooted the server
3) Verified that there is nothing blocking the queue. Cancalled any thing
that was waiting.
4) There is space on the disk.

Any suggestions will be helpful.

I often have the same or similar problems (and my PMs too) but I can not
advise single rule.
Ussualy I clean up project local cache (Tools-. Sometimes I open and close
project two or three times and finally project is published (or saved) with
no errors.
