Unexpected Program trying to access e-mail

any ideas. it has already been mentioned about installing
SP3, which i already have. here's the pop-up i keep
getting every time i read/open new mail....

A program i strying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in outlook. Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "NO"

Allow access for (1min-10mins)

"YES" "NO" "HELP"

the help option does not tell me how to get rid of the
pop-up. it only recommends a choose "NO".

anyone help???
