Unspecified Error message when forwarding email

I downloaded Office Service Pack 3 and a couple other Office upgrades earlier
this week. I have Office 2003. Since that download, Outlook will not allow
me to forward a certain type of email (newsletter) that I've always forwarded
in the past several years. I get "unspecified error" and it is driving me
nuts!
I tried to report it on the MS Office site but they want to charge me $49 or
send me through Dell (my computer), when the problem is apparently caused by
those Office upgrades.
Do I uninstall the upgrades (and if so, how?) or what?
Ideas? Suggestions?
Thanks!

Try turning off Word editing for your e-mails: Tools, Options, Mail Format,
"Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages".

Before you send the message, click the dropdown box where it says HTML. Change this to either plain text (won't work because you are sending an HTML newsletter and PT will change the formatting and disable the images) or Rich Text. Rich Text saves the message formatting but does not give the error described on my workstation.

Good Luck!
