upgrade from office xp professional to office 2003 small business

I have an oem version of Office xp professional on my PC and a trial version
of office 2003 small business edition on my new laptop. I believe that I can
buy the upgrade version of office small business edition. Can I upgrade both
the laptop and the pc and if I do will access 2002 still be available as its
not included in SBE but is in older XP professional edition?
