upgrade of office 2000 premium

if i upgrade to office 2007 ultimate, will the upgrade install the components
that are in 2007 ultimate but not in 2000 premium, like groove or infopath?
there are components in 2000 premium, like frontpage or photodraw wich are
not
present in 2007 versions
