Urgent: Word.Picture graphics after edit wrongly scaled

Hi,
since a view days my drawings in Word.Picture objects can not be edited
anymore.
As soon as edit one and close it, the picture in word shows only the top left
part of the drawing.
It doesn't show anymore the the entire content of that is inside the drawing
frame.

I have hundreds of those graphics in my 300 page document.
Has anybody faced the same problems?

Where is the MSWord.Picture OLE object dll?

I have the same problem on all machines that have the auto update turned on
but not on a machine where I do not get automatic updates.
