Using Multiple E-mail Accounts from Different Servers

Isn't this possible?! I just want to use Outlook for my business and
personal e-mail addresses/accounts. The procedure manual says it's possible
but "assumes that both accounts are on the same Exchange server". Does it
work if they're not? And if no, is there another way to use multiple
accounts without having to manually change the default address each time?

What version of Outlook are you using? You should be able to setup multiple
accounts of different types (Exchange, POP, IMAP) and choose the account
used while sending.
