Using my own letterhead on Pub. 2003

I am trying to create flyers using my own letterhead (saved in Word) on
Publisher 2003- how do I insert it into a Publisher template or document?

Copy/paste? Have you tried to recreate the letterhead in Publisher? You can save
as a template.
