Using Outlook for Salon Scheduling?

I'm trying to figure out if its possible to use Outlook 2007 to effectively
manage appointments at my hair salon. I need to schedule appointments for
customers with certain employees. Is it possible to do this so I could click
on an employee and see their schedule?

If you create one calendar per employee, you can.

If you create the appointments and use Categories that are asssigned to each
employee, you can display the calendar by category view to see who has
appointments at what time.

If this is not what you are looking for, try to be a bit more descriptive of
what you are trying to accomplish.
