VBA eror in Access 2003

hey
first i want to apologize about my english.. it not so good

now my problem:
i have a problem with my VBA engine.
when i try to create bottoms at form, i get the messange "Microsoft Access
faild at creating the VB module"

I have an old Data Base which is done and work well at other computers.
when i am trying to click the bottoms at it forms at my cpmputer, it says
the something wrong with my ActivX controler..

the problem started to happen recently... it used to work before in my
computer

can someone please tell me how to solve this problem?
maybe by installing a patch or something?
