VBA Training

I have been "Programming" MS Access for a good number of years now and have
certainly learnt an awfull lot from these Groups. A Huge THANK YOU goes out
to all those who offer their help to us novices. Especially the MVPs.
However! Never having been formally trained to use VBA, I would like some
opinions on where I can get some good online training. Let me also say that
reading a page or two of programming books puts me to sleep. I am more prone
to watching video training. Just a problem I have with reading that bores
the
*&%# out of me. I came across this web site that offers Microsoft Visual
Basic for Access Tutorial Videos From APEX. http://apex.vtc.com/accessvb.php
The deal seems rather reasonable. A set of CDs for a hundred bucks. Seems
like a fair offer. Does anyone have any experience with this group or any
other Training providers? Thanks very much your input/comments!

Yeah, it's a good deal, and the quality is good, but you've been doing Access
for years, and those videos are basic. I've only been doing access for a few
months, and already I'm well beyond all those videos. I recommend getting the
book "Access Cookbook" or looking at all the code on allenbrowne.com and that
should give you enough advanced concepts which that video site doesn't seem
to go into.

Another site that I like is "LearnVisualStudio.NET".

http://www.learnvisualstudio.net/

A lifetime subscription is $169.96 (while on sale -
was $199.95). They have "Over 800 easy to
understand concise video tutorials...".

That may be a good site or not, but it's not likely to be good source for
VBA training, because Visual Studio does not include VBA, nor does any
Visual Studio or DotNet language translate well to VBA.
