i thought i had worked out every powerpoint video problem ever, but one
of the doctors i work for brought me his new laptop (Sony Vaio) and he
showed me a presentation that has worked on 3 or 4 other computers
flawlessly. His problem was when the videos played they are scrambled
and turn a weird green color. i have never seen this problem before,
and can't figure out what the is wrong.
all the videos are mpeg1. OS is XP pro. powerpoint 2002. i have ran the
same presentation on two other laptops and a couple of desktops with no
issues. we created a new presentation and all the videos do the same
thing. they play fine in windows media player and play fine in the mci
player.
totally stumped
