Visio 2003 cannot read CGM. DXF gives errors. Need DXF to CGM converter

Hi,
We bought Visio 2003 thinking that it will still read CGM files as
earlier versions, but it doesn't. I have DXF files, and I can read it
into Visio, but has lots of errors and the shapes are messed up.

Is there a Free DXF/DWG to CGM convertor around.
