Visio Business Rules Editor

Hi ~ I'm using Office Visio 2003, and I'm trying to open the Business
Rules Editor for an ORM diagram, but it's nowhere to be found. All the
examples online state that either it will show up when you open the
document, or that you can open it by selecting View --> Business Rules,
but it's not there when I open the doc, and there's no such option
anywhere in my menu. Is there something else I'm supposed to do?

This more detailed aspect of database design is part of Visio for Enterprise
Architects, which is in the Visual Studio suite, not Visio Professional,
which is part of Microsoft Office.

Visual Studio .NET 2003 Enterprise Architect includes Visio for Enterprise
