Visio viewer is not able to complete the operation

Hi all.

I work as a deskside suport technician, one of the users have this visio
files, was not opening with the current version of visio viewer, so I
downloaded the 2003, it works for some of the files and not others, the error
I am getting is "Visio viewer is not able to complete the operation".
Initially I thougth it was the file, but then other files were not opening as
well.

If anyone can give me some guide lines, it would be really appreciated.
