Visio WBS Chart Wizard in Project 2003

How does this wizard create the sequence for the placement of Project tasks
in the Visio diagram? It doesn't match the WBS, the start date, the ID or
anything else. It appears to be random. Looking for the secret code to
quickly create and update the Visio diagram from the Project wizard.

It does it by alphabetical order. You have to manually move the items, I
reported this about 1.5 years ago and an item that should be "fixed"
