Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error!

Hi
We get "Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error! Program C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\EXCEL.EXE" when we try to double-click within
excel 2003. Also this only happens on some of the PCs. Any suggestions ??
