We are having difficulty with the Voting/Tracking feature in Outlook 2000 and
Outlook 2003.
We have used voting buttons on voting e-mail messages many many times.
About 25% of the time the feature does not work properly -- we are unable to
see a Tracking Tab in the original Sent message.
We know that we must keep the original sent message in the Sent folder (and
not move it!). We know that we must open the responses and keep them in the
Inbox.
What could be causing us to not to see the Tracking Tab appear in about 25%
of the time? The voting/tracking feature works sometimes, but not always --
very problematic as we need approvals on documents and must have the Tracking
tab to view responses.
Please help!
