VS2007 & Excel Interop XP/Vista problem

Hi,
I have written an application which manipulates Excel .xls files referencing
version 11 of the excel interop library & VB.NET.

This works fine on any XP machine I have loaded it on but I get Protected
Memory Violation Exceptions when the same app is installed on a Vista machine.

Why? And how do I sort this out? Would late binding be a possible solution?

Impossible to even guess without knowing what code is triggering the message.
