Where is the "Import-Export" option on the File menu for Outlook 2

I am trying to create a CSV file to enable me to downloand contacts. I have
read numerous times that one uses the "Import and Export" function on the
File menu. But, my Outlook '07 v 12.0.6514 does not have that option. I have
even seen screen shots showing it (its between "data file management" and
"archive") but it doesn't exist in my File menu. Does anyone know where to
find "Import and Export"?

In my copy it is under 'File' menu

Do the other two options that you cited exist for you?
If the component was not selected for installation, you can still add it by
running setup from your installation CD.
If you are in a corporate environment, this option could have been disabled
by your corporate admin as a policy.

Assuming you can add the function as per the other replies, can we ask why
you are wanting to export contacts to a csv file? Depending on your answer
you may find that exporting to a csv is not the best way to do what you are
wanting to do...
