I am testing the refresh data function in Visio, I created an org chart by connecting the excel file including columns: ID, Report to ID, Name. If I change the name in Excel file, after refreshing the data, the name is changed according in Visio. However, If I change the report to ID, from 1 to 2, the report relation is supposed to be changed, but not in Visio. Could you give me some advice how can I achieve my goal?
