I have to send my power point presentation to a school and I want to be able
to have the link for the file to be able to open and start playing
immediately with the presentation without them having to go to power point
and hit slide show etc.

How do I do that?

How do I do that?

In PPT 2007 click the PowerPoint (Microsoft) Orb, Save As, Save as type
dropdown and find PPSX as a file type (10 lines down from the top) if they
will be opening the presentation in a PowerPoint 2007 program or viewer or
PPS if any other version of PPT or viewer is used without the 2007
compatibility pack installed. Save with a new filename and the PPSX or PPS
extension. When they open the file it will start automatically as a
PowerPoint show.
