Previously, when I selected a block of text and then began typing, it
would replace the block of selected text with the newly-keyed
characters. Now, for some reason, the selected text is un-selected and
shifted to the right. This problem is _not_ solved by using the insert
key, or using the Overtype option in Preferences/Edit. This only
happens in Word - as I type this message in a browser textbox, I can
select text and replace it the way I used to be able to do in Word.
Does anyone please have any ideas?
