Word 2003 won't open first time but opens 2nd time in safe mode

I am using Word 2003 under Office 2003 with Windows Vista as operating
system.
Worked great for 2 weeks then today it's not.

I opened file directly and it said could not be found.

Went to Word and when opening program it said "Microsoft Office Word has
stopped working. We are searching for solution" but doesn't find one.

Opened word again and it would open as long as I said Yes to safe mode.
Then I can open the file that 3 minutes ago could not locate.

Restarted computer, Repaired Word, Reinstalled Office - still same problem.

Winkey+R or if you right-click in the Taskbar, choose Properties > Start
Menu tab > Customise and scroll down towards the bottom of the list where
you will find a check box to add the Run command to the Start Menu.
