Word 2007 Error: Margins of section 1 are set outside the printabl

I go to the Mailings tab, then Envelopes. I'll type an address and hit print.
It'll print fine, but once I try to print another envelope, it gives me this
error: "The margins of section 1 are set outside the printable area of the
page. Do you want to continue?"

When I do hit continue, the envelope comes out blank. So every time I want
to print out a new envelope, I have to close Word and re-open it. It's
beginning to be a pain. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my driver for my
printer, but it's still not working correctly.

Is anyone else having this problem and found a solution? I tried messing
with my margins, the envelope options, everything. Nothing seems to work.
Please help!!

I'm running on XP Professional SP2, using MS Word Professional 2007. My
printer is an HP 1100 laserjet.

Instead of using an envelope have you tried printing it on a full sheet of
regular paper? Whenever I encounter issues printing envelopes I'll print it
on a regular page. It usually gives me some type of clue as to where the
problem lies.

Yes, I've tried that. It just doesn't print at all. Like it disappeared
completely. I've updated my drivers 3 times for my printer, and even had HP
do the detection and it's fine.

Have you checked your ink? If it "sounds" like it's printing but you see
nothing then ink may be the answer. Note too that what may appear black may
not actually use your blank ink and instead it's using a color blend
instead. This can happen if you are using the Automatic font color (which is
used when you create an envelope). Print a test page and if you do have ink,
clean the print heads and see if that helps.

I just changed my ink a few weeks ago, and it's a laserjet, so there's no
color ink. I just can't get it to work! It's driving me insane.
