I believe that the dll erroring is part of the Office compatibility pack and
this was updated by the Office 2007 SP1 in December. Have you been to the
Windows Update site to patch fully up to date lately?

I have updated Windows XP Pro SP2 and Office 2007 in February 2008

Sorry, I cannot help. I haven't seen any this reported since the update that
purports to have fixed the problem.
