Word 2007 - Generate TOA/Unable to turn off Bold

After generating TOA, I noticed 3 cites out of 30 cites have bold turned on.
When I checked the TA codes on the 3 cites, bold is not on. I tried deleting
the TA codes and remark the cites. The same 3 cites continue to be bold. On
the page where the 3 cites are listed, there is no bold command on this page.
I'm not sure where it is picking up the bold command from. On the TOA page,
I had to manually highlight the 3 cites and turn Bold off. Of course, each
time the TOA is updated, I have to remember to manually make this change.

Any ideas or suggestions to help remove bold from TOA?
