Word cannot start the converter doswrd32.cnv

Hi,

Win98
Word2000

There have been a couple of occassions where I am trying to open what
appears to be a simple txt file through Word2000 when I get the following
error message:

...........................Word cannot start the converter
doswrd32.cnv........................


If I click "OK", most of the times the file opens anyway.

I have done serach of the Microsoft site and find no references at all to
this converter for Word2000. Any ideas?
