Word Printing Problem

This is a weird one!
I cannot print a Word Document. However, I can print from
any other program, including Outlook, Power Point, and
Excel. I can print from Wordpad also. When I go to print a
Word document I get the "Send an error report" screen. I
tried re-installing printers and different versions of
Office 2k (SP3 - SR-1).

My current config is:
Xp Professional Workstations with Office 2K
W2K Server

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks, Tim

Sorry to be slow here but is this 'a Word document' or 'ANY Word document'?

I cant print any Word document! However I can print any
Word document to other printers. I know my printer is
working good because I can print from any other program to
the printer....just not Word.

Thanks for the Reply, Tim

Word is exceptionally hard on printer drivers. It interrogates that driver
every time you make a change to a style or margin or anything that effects
the page layout. If selecting a different printer resolves the problem, then
only the printer driver can be at fault. Check with the printer
manufacturer's web site to see if they have an updated driver available.
