Word should not always link page headers

I have been working with several large documents that have multiple section
breaks, and each section has it's own header. When I insert new section
breaks they always link to the previous header. It is very easy to forget to
unlink them. When this happens it is very frustrating to go back and unlink
the headers and correct them. If you don't have a backup to work off of
fixing the headers is a real pain because you might not know what they were
originally. Ideally pages added after a new section break would link to
previous based off of the rest of the headers in the document. If no other
headers are linked to previous then there is a pretty slim chance that new
page headers should be linked to previous.
