Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003 was working fine. Excel,
PowerPoint, etc still are but WORD tries to reinstall and says "a required
installation file W2561411.CAB could not be found.

I purchased and downloaded via internet so I don't have CD. How can I get
this CAB file?

You should *always* get installation CDs and a Certificate of Authenticity
(COA) when you purchase software. Unforunately without the installation CDs
there isn't a lot you can do and if you didn't recieve a COA then chances
are you didn't purchase a legitimate copy. :-(

When the the trial version was introduced I specifically asked about how it
would work, i.e. if someone had the trial version and then converted it
would they also recieve their installation CDs. I was told that it was
Microsoft policy also provide the installation CDs and COA. So if you
purchased it from Microsoft then you should call them and ask. They sold you
the software and they should support it.
