When I insert a Visio flowchart into a Word document, only the boxes show, not the words. I have messed around with the formatting and thought I figured out how to get the whole flowchart to print. I used Format Object, color and lines, changed the fill to white. I was able to print it on Friday. But now I go into the same saved Word document and it now will not print the words again. My co-workers have experienced this same thing. They save to a .jpg file. But I don't want to have to go through all that. I want to link my Visio inserts into Word to my Visio files. I have 38 flowcharts I will insert into Word. So if I make any changes to the Visio flowcharts, I don't want to have to re-insert all those 38 drawings. There has to be a better way then a quick fix using .jpg files. Thank you for your help in advance.
