wrong linkbar pics from theme at the bottom of page

I'm having problems with frontpage and it's only on my computer. Even when I
start a new personal website, when I apply the theme, the linkbar pics on the
bottom are the same as the one on the left. and if I try to change it to
customize it, it still shows the same pics even if it looks right in
frontpage, when I preview in browser, it still shows the wrong pics. I've
tried it on another computer and I don't have this problem. It must be a
setting but what is it?

Have you edited that theme in the past to make the images the same for both nav bars
- try a different theme

I didn't edit anything. I tried other themes and it does the same thing in
every theme. It shows the same linkbar on the bottom as it does the top. I
made a new "personal website" and it did the same thing. It shows the right
linkbar in Design View, but when I preview it in the browser it's wrong. The
problem is only on my computer. I have Frontpage '03 on another computer and
it doesn't do that.
