0 to be blank please

What is required please if value is 0 the cell
to be blank.

=SUMPRODUCT(--($D$1:$D$800="City"),--(TRIM($C$1:$C$800)
="305"))

No problem, got any ideas for me? Need to reference
multiple cells in if statement.
