When I am in PowerPoint and working with different dialog boxes they do not
appear - only the outline of the dialog box shows up. Then if I go to another
program that is open (on my taskbar) and click it and then turn right around
and minimize it the dialog box in PowerPoint then shows everything. This
actually happens in Excel too when I am working with charts.
I removed the xtra memory, updated video drivers, tried different resolution
setting and different monitor refresh rates ( she is using a external
monitor) I have tried working directly off the laptop, so far nothing has
resolved the issue. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Office
Professional 2003 twice on my IMB thinkpad A21m.
