I've got a colleague who gets the following error with Outlook whilst using a IMAP connection to retrive his e-mail -

Task 'xxxx':FolderInbox Check for new mail.'reported error (0x800CCC0E): 'Could not fetch new headers in the folder Inbox for account xxxx. Error:Unable to connect to the server...

any ideas..??
