I encounter this error ( 0x800CCCF4) when I used my Outlook to access
hotmail (to receive mail...). The Outlook comes with my Office XP.
However, this error does not happen if I use Outlook Express.

Hmmm. With this error, I'd expect you to have the same problem with Outlook
Express. Have you managed to resolve the problem yet?
