1024 chars in preview pane

Hello and thanks for any help in advance.

My company has recently gone to outlook 2002 from outlook 2000 and we're
finding that messages which are over 1024 chars in length are being
truncated in the preview pane.

This behaviour was not present in Outlook 2000 and OE.

Is there a simple setting for this?

I don't remeber ever seeing that behavior in OL2002 and I use the preview
pane to read all my mail. Are there carriage returns in the mail item? Could
you forward me one of the items giving you trouble so I could see it?
