11.2.3 update

After installing the 11.2.3 update, I experienced no problems until
today. Now every time I start Entourage, I get the following message
after entering my password for my Exchange account:

Microsoft Entourage has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry or the inconvenience......

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I have seen that message before. I did not know what it was trying to
tell me and it just stopped happening so I am not help. I have not seen
it for some time.

Is there an error code listed in the dialog box?

Best answer I can offer is to try the following:

(1) Delete the Exchange account and add it fresh

(2) The dreaded "reinstall Entourage."
