I am having problems with printing a 11x17 document to a Konica Minolta C-350
purchased in May of 2005. I am on a time cruch and would appreciate any help.

I may be an idea to tell us exactly what it isn't doing.. is it just 11 x 17
that won't print?..

When I create a new document, I go to page setup and select the Konica C-350
as my printer. I choose 11x17 paper and set it to print landscape. I set
landscape for the printer properties. I create my document, then when I go
to print it, it flips the page to potrait and leaves the text and pictures as
landscape. When I go back to layout at page setup, orientation is landscape,
but the dimensions are 11w & 17h. The preview on layout is potrait. I can
switch to potrait on layout and the dimesions change to 17w & 11h. The
preview on layout is landscape. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Step ONE go to File, Printer setup and select your paper size and
orientation.

This is File > Page Setup > Printer and Paper in Publisher 2002 and later.

Thanks Ed & Don. I did exactly as you instructed, and again when I went to
print, it flipped the paper orientation to potrait and left the text and
pictures landscape. When I went back to page setup/layout the orientation
has reset itself as potrait with width as 17" and height as 11". However, the
preview on layout is landscape. When I change the orientation to landscape,
the width changes to 11" and the height to 17", with the preview appearing as
potrait. Now that I have more specifically stated the problem twice, if you
have any useful suggests please feel free to respond. Thanks.
