12.1.3 timezone handling broken?

I upgraded to 12.1.3 on my corporate mbp, and the timezone handling
seems to be screwed up! I am in india and all the meeting invites i
get (sent in pacific time, PST) do not get changed! so meetings show
up as 10am when they should really be 1030 pm for me!

please help.

my system timezone is also set alright. and i never had this problem
in the past! our company uses exchange 2003

What is your default time zone for new events? Check under Entourage
menu --> Preferences... --> General Preferences --> Calendar. If it is
correct then try setting it to something else, close your preferences
and then set it back to the correct time zone.

Have you also checked your time and time zone under Apple menu -->
System Preferences... --> Date & Time? Is time sync also enabled?
